Baldur’s Gate’s Slender Salussa’s Sending Center, or Triple-S-C for short, is the headquarters of a global organization of message service centers.
Each branch houses hundreds of sending stones all connected to counterparts in the various branches located in big cities around the world.
This service enables long-distance communication whereby a message is sent to a branch in another city anywhere the service is available, and then the receiving outpost hires a messenger to deliver a handwritten transcription of the message to the designated recipient.

Slender Salussa, the Lizardfolk magnate who owns the company, has faced criticism that the service’s high prices essentially cater only to the wealthy layer of society.
Disregarding the outcries of the poor, Salussa has claimed that high maintenance costs cannot precipitate lower prices, but in reality she just doesn’t care.
