Norchapel is known as a relatively quiet outer city neighborhood.

Residents

Norchapel is home to a diverse population. Many residents who can’t afford to live inside the city but don’t want the hassle of the traders in Stonyeyes, move here.
Many laborers who work in the city but can’t afford to live there, rent houses here.

Architecture

Buildings here are sturdy but simple, made of granite and wood, mostly one or two stories high.

Culture

This neighborhood is home to many laborers and criminals of several rival gangs, but a “home truce” exists between them to keep the rivalry out of the neighborhood to keep their homes safe. That truce is rarely broken, and when it is, the offending party is usually punished by his own gang to prevent escalation. Several members of the Flaming Fist live in the neighborhood, which also helps to keep the peace.
