Osmurl Havanack is a stout dwarf with a long, white beard and high cheekbones. He wears heavy cloths with many belts holding several weapons even when not in his armored uniform.
Bio:
Holding the rank of High Constable and Master of Walls, Osmurl Havanack is the Watch Citadel’s castellan. He is in charge of upholding the city’s contract with the Flaming Fist and distributes the salaries from Purse Master Haxilion Trood.
